At Fancy Steel, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your jewelry doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original Fancy Steel packaging to ensure they are protected during transit and include the provided packing slip.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
